Goodday heres my case, paypal permanently limit my account due to incosistent transaction they say I can't withdraw nor did send my payment, my problem is my wife account wrongly sent me a money, it supposed to be for our supplier. She file an authorized transaction, but paypal refuse it. Your answer much appreciated from Philippines here.

I regret that you have experienced a permanent limitation. When our review team deems it necessary to limit an account permanently, it is because of an evaluation of all of the information available. The funds on the account will be held for up to 180 days as per the User Agreement, and you will be notified via email once the funds are eligible for withdrawal.
