Hi everyone! Need help!

My account has been further limited, ive sent them docs they needed however i still get the same email notification from them. Tried sending them personal message and explaimed my case that I just recently changed place and utility bills and credit card statements are not under my name. I badly want this to be resolved. Linked my local bank as well and yet I have not received any reply from them.

Send the docs again when you have updated your new address with your utilities and credit cards etc seems a plan?
