Ordered a dog bed off a Facebook post embedded link. Money taken immediately (PayPal) by what I think is a Chinese company I’ve emailed the address given as had zero communication from them. No reply. How soon after order can I report to the Resolution centre. I fear I’ve been scammed.

Chinese Web Sites or on Facebook easy to spot so buyer beware...facebook do not vet sellers.

1. No return address on the returns policy............thats because the site will look as if its in your country (where they despatch goods from) BUT they will ask for returns to go back to China (returns depot) at a shipping cost nearly always more than the item is worth.
2. No contact telephone number............if you click on contact the most you will get is webmail or an email address.
3. No company address information.
4. Great looking items at bargain prices that turn out to be tat.

You can open a dispute for non receipt but from other reports the seller then provides a tracking number and so the dispute is closed. Then when the item arrives and its tat you can't open a second dispute for the same transaction OR you are asked to return it trackable back to the seller at your own expense, if that is what happens then make sure you have activated the below link to get help with that.

Lastly if you can't open a second dispute and the first fails then i hope you have funded your paypal payment via a credit card, if so then request a chargeback from them directly.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
