Hello!
so i recently purchased an item from a seller however i couldnt add in the shipping address during payment. The seller kindly agreed to manually add in the shipping address. So i do not have a tracking number. however, when i asked the seller the tracking number, the seller got annoyed and started snapping at me. I do know the seller has shipped the item. In such a case, if the seller decides to intercept my package, am i entitled to a refund of the entire money paid to the seller or if the seller deducts the cost of the package interception and refunds the rest of the money, how can paypal help in taking action in such a case?
