I'm in the same boat as you. Bought an item from "Owshoe.com" got a tracking # for USPS, and never recieved item. USPS showed item was delivered and on further checking found out they supposedly delivered a 12oz. item that I never recieved(First class mail no less). I have no idea where this first class mail is but USPS says it was delivered. Now I'm waiting on Paypal for some kind of action as they say they have contacted the seller. Good luck with that LOL. This company is obviously a scam site and Paypal should take them down, but I'm sure that as long as Paypal keeps getting money from "Owshoe" for the transactions they will do nothing.
