I purchased an item from the fraudulent web site owshoe. The money was transferred from my bank account to Paypal. I authorized this before I realized the site was fraudulent. PayPal denied my dispute and I can not reach anyone at PayPal by phone or help. Has anyone had any luck contacting PayPal?
