I was scammed but got my money back. Here is what I did. I filed Paypal dispute for non-delivery with pieces of evidence of purchase order copy, impossible shipping via 1st class for a 8lb 9x9x45.5 item, ship from LA but website address is in Sacramento, product link I bookmarked but the product was deleted after dispute filed. At the same time, I went to my local post office and reported that I never received an item but tracking shows delivery status. I was given a USPS regional supervisor phone number to call. I kept on calling and got hold of the supervisor. He found out it was delivered to a different address in my town and provided an email proof statement. I called Paypal dispute, and forwarded the email of USPS statement proving tracking was not delivered to my address, and won the case.

Just went through this as well. Ordered a Portable BBQ for a Pontoon Boat. PayPal was absolutely useless with helping. Cannot speak to a live person at all. I expected way more from PayPal, especially since i have been using it for 15 years! Thank goodness my bank stepped in. I was also sent a fake shipping label that showed the package as being delivered. I filed a complaint with UPS as well just to let them know that someone is creating and/or manipulating their labels. Lesson learned...sometimes prices are to good to be true!! I hate scammers!!!!

Add me to the list of scammed by Goinfine.com. I ordered what looked like a too good to be true deal on a Bluetooth headset. I did not receive any confirmation, but I did get tracking information from USPS. After a few weeks of the package being processed to ship every other day in the same Chinese City, I tried to contact the company, but nothing worked. The company and email addresses were bogus. I contacted PayPal to file a dispute. PayPal denied the claim stating the item had been delivered. They provided a new tracking number from UPS stating the item had been delivered. I contacted UPS and they confirmed that tracking number did not go to my address or my name.
I'm now trying to fight it through Chase, so far no luck, on round two.

Similar scenario.
Ordered toaster oven. Received tracking number from China instead of Sacramento CA..... According to tracking number product delivered to different state. Opened dispute with Pay Pal for not delivered item and waiting for resolution.
Pay Pal taking money from account immediately but very slow on resolution and returning money even there is clear evidences of fraud.
