A couple of months ago I got a commission and got sent $40 through PayPal. I had to link an ID to claim it, and since I was 17 at that time, my PayPal account was closed.
The date today is August 26th 2020, meaning I am now a legal adult. So would it be possible for my account to be reopened?
If so, who would I need to contact to get it reopened?
