Has anyone ordered anything from gadgets group? I ordered three dog beds and I have not received them and now I am second guessing where they are coming from and if I should except them. There is no tracking number there was no receipt sent just what PayPal has is all the information I have. If anybody knows anything about gadgets group please let me know

Hello, i ordered this dog bed about a month ago. I received it and its sooooooooo small i think not even a chihuahua could fit in it. i wouldnt have ordered this small no way. i want to send it back for a full refund but have no return label nothing to go on?????? please give me some adivse on where to send it back to

I also ordered 2 dogs beds from Gadgets Group. I opened a case in Paypal. I received a message from Gadgets group on 22nd June to say my goods were in transit and was given a tracking number RV453016697CN. When I checked the tracking the message said the goods would be delivered by Royal Mail in July. My case in Paypal was closed on 11th July because I did not escalate it. I was hoping the items would be received soon. Is it too late to get my money back?

I ordered two dog beds on 5/7/20. They arrived on 7/18/20 and were completely sealed so air tight that they are flat as pancakes. Just asked for a refund.

How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item OR service
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website
By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.
If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. Paypal will review the claim and decide on reimbursement.
These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.
Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute
DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
If you lose because seller provides a fake tracking number (likely) then post back for more advice.
If the item arrives and its tat the make sure you CHANGE the dispute quickly before it closes to 'not as described'.

I have an open case against them now. I ordered a dog nail trimmer and didn't work when it arrived. I asked for a refund or return label and they said they would either give me $5 credit (it was $35) or I could ship it back to China which is $40. By the looks of the last note, doesn't look like PayPal is going to help me in anyway. Buyer beware!

Over a month ago, I ordered an item or two actually from a company with a completely different name. After paying for it with PayPal I noticed that the company's name was gadgets group but their email was completely different. when I ordered the item it said 24 hour shipping. A week later I still didn't even get a tracking number what'so ever. I've emailed them many times and no reponse.
I then filed a dispute. now almost three weeks since the dispute has been filed the last day is tomorrow before it closes. the seller finally provide a tracking number to the dispute within a day before closing. The tracking number I just checked is not good at all says it's been shipped 13 days ago but it has not even been picked up from their Factory because it says Packed for Pickup. and I don't get any other information after that. so I assume it's a fake tracking number or they just don't want to ship the item because they either don't have the item or it's fake company.
Now with only one day left of the dispute I feel I'm going to be lose out on this case, as PayPal will say that it is being shipped, and close the case. as companies will do that just to buy time. they wait till the last minute of the dispute then provide the tracking number and then after the dispute is close, and cannot be reopened, the companys know they've gotten away with it. 😞
I don't know what else to do right now I can't seem to contact PayPal because there's no email address to them or no way to contact them via phone.
