I purchased a tool set of Milwaukee tools from FeFall.com and GRACE GRANT INC shows up as the company. The item description on the invoice says "Tuition/Fees". I made an immediate request within 20 minutes of making an order to Paypal to cancel this transaction. Now the only word I have heard from Paypal after FOUR DAYS is an email to me saying that Grace Grant has shipped the "Tuition/Fees" which should read Milwaukee Tool Set. THERE IS NO TRACKING INFORMATION contained in the shipping notification. Every legitimate company uses tracking information. Is this notification that the fraudulent company called GRACE GRANT INC ( which I thought was Fefall.com ) "shipped" my nonexistent product supposed to make me feel satisfied that Paypal is on top of protecting their customers from fraud? At least Paypal now KNOWS that there is a real problem with any transaction involving GRACE GRANT INC . If they allow one more customer to get fleeced from GRACE GRANT INC from this date forward--you may include that there is NO EFFECTIVE EFFORT on the behalf of Paypal to police their business. Please follow my first post called "Fefall Scam" in the disputes category since there is an obvious connection between Fefall.com and GRACE GRANT INC .

I also made a purchase from Grace Grant Inc. for a lawnmower , it reflects education materials on the bank receipt. I was under the impression that PayPal screens the participants throughly thus creating a confident environment for on line purchases ....obviously this is not true. What is our next step here ?

It is important to establish when you made the the order. What is it the same time I was taken ( meaning the same day or couple of days )? Or, was it several weeks before--or, after I had notified Paypal of fraudulent activity involving Feefal.com and Grace Grant, in. If Paypal has been notified and allowed one more customer to be fleeced ( as they profit from the transaction )--you tell me what the next step is. What I know is Paypal declined my claim without one syllable of explanation. I was instructed in their email to use the US mail and write to this address in nowhereLand to request the reason they declined my request. On top of that, I still have the house surreptitiously-paid forum moderator "kerrynoass" constantly foaming Paypal cut and paste PR statements. Just stop it and call me up from your desk at Paypal, kerrynoass, and explain in detail all the decisions that Paypal went through in declining my claim. ( It's called the HUMAN TOUCH ) . Make sure you explain that they also took the next logical step and protected any future customers from the same fraudulent site. Do THAT and Paypal can begin to address this huge problem they are creating for their customers, and, down the road, for their existence as trusted financial company. Just sayin.

I don't think there is much point into entering into adult debate with someone that uses name calling and abuse as their argument.
I stopped name calling when I left primary school, are you still there?
And in case it has escaped you this is a 'user to user' advice forum and the only folks that work for paypal are the MODERATORS.
And I have probably saved more folks from scammers on this forum (at least 3 today) than you ever will with your rude and silly anti paypal rants.
How do I open a dispute with a seller when a purchase goes wrong?
You can open a dispute in the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account within 180 days of payment if:
•You don’t receive the item
•You receive an item but it’s significantly different than the description on eBay or on the seller’s website
By opening a dispute, you can communicate directly with your seller to work out a problem transaction.
If you reach an agreement with the seller you can close the dispute. If you're still not happy with the result, you can escalate the dispute into a claim. We'll review the claim and decide on reimbursement.
These steps apply to Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
To open a dispute:
1.Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click on the transaction and use the resolve a problem option at the bottom of that details page.
Note:
•Generally buyers must wait at least 7 days from the date of payment to escalate a dispute for an item not received
•Where an item has not been received, please ensure you have given the seller enough time before opening a dispute
https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/first-dispute
DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE UNTIL YOU HAVE A CLEARED REFUND OR YOUR ITEM WHATEVER THE SELLER SAYS. ALSO DON'T FORGET TO ESCALATE THE DISPUTE TO A CLAIM WITHIN 20 DAYS IF THE SELLER DOES NOT REFUND.
If that does not work then if you funded your paypal payment via a card then contact your card issuer and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I ordered a Swiss Army knife from Grace Grant, Inc. on February 1, 2020. On February 15th I received an email from Pay Pal about the shipment of this item. What caught my eye and disturbed me was that there was no tracking number on the shipment nor a complete address for Grace Grant Inc. just their email which was bogus email address. That's when I notified Pay Pal. They formulated a dispute case (PP-D-55949961) against Grace Grant, Inc. and said that they were going to investigate the case then get back in touch with me. I received an email from Pay Pay on February 19th, 2020 indicating the case was dropped because Grace Grant sent me the item. What I received from Grace Grant was and envelop with a small 4x5 card with small stick on stars. The envelope’s tracking number (9400110200828164662475) corresponds with the tracking number they sent to Pay Pay telling them the merchandise was sent. Their return address was <removed>. I checked their address online . It referred me to a large warehouse facility. The mailing address had a zip code of 90021 not 77336. I called Pay Pal that the merchandise I ordered was in the form of a 4x5 piece of cardboard with stick on stars. They asked me if I went to their Resolution Center to file a complaint. I went to the resolution center but my case and transaction number were not listed so I was unable to write a dispute. I did however wrote a dispute claim with the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
When Pay Pal emailed me “Details about your shipment” didn’t the see that there was no tracking number, that it was a bogus email address and that the description of the item was a number u85zp2c1 and not a name.

I got the same packet of stars. I just love them. I group them in packets of 5 and paste them to little cardboard sheets of paper underneath the words "Paypal" that I have written. Have you written your love letter to Nebraska yet?
