Ongoing case, can’t submit proof of tracking info.

Bought an item from a seller that ended up being a fake. Opened a dispute and had to elevate with Paypal because seller got their item back but didn’t refund my money. Paypal’s asking for proof of the tracking info. I keep trying to attach a link for the tracking number used with Canada Post and whenever I try to submit the response it keeps saying “Oops! Something went wrong on our end.” and it doesn’t show I submitted anything. I have four more days to submit the tracking info I provided with the seller so Paypal can make their final decision. What do I do? Im not about to lose my money over Paypal’s inability to receive the info Im trying to provide to them.

Clear your cache history and reboot, and if that doesn't work try another browser or device. (or both).

I tried doing that and also tried on couple different computers with the same message. This is the link I keep getting when I try to submit the tracking info.

https://www.paypal.com/resolutioncenter/billing/entry?action=fullpageerror#/fullPageError

Says "Please try again. We're sorry, it looks like something went wrong on our end." and then it just redirects me back to the Resolution Centre. Still not able to give my tracking info.
