Error Opening Message From Seller

I have opened a dispute with a seller as they did not send the item, I have a notification that a case needs reviewing. I go to the resolution centre and there is a 1 message from the seller, I click view but I get an error message saying "We're sorry. We’re unable to process your request now. Please try again later." I've been having the error message since Friday, it is now Tuesday. I cannot open the message to reply back to the seller, is this a problem with the website or am I doing something wrong? Thank you for any responses.
