all in all I bought something, paid through paypal, seller decided to refund me but in a invoice got an email, opened it says view and pay invoice but the gripe I have is that why couldn't they just refunded me with family & friends or when a seller does a refund it has to be in an invoice? As of now it's just pending but to me seems kinda scammy in the way that it makes it seem like I'm getting a refund but never will. I tried opening a dispute but can't because It's in a pending state. What do I do or should I wait out?
