I scammed by Buyer Thanks to Paypal.
This buyer wanted to refund the purchase item four months ago,
and PayPal forced me to refund it even though I insisted it was unfair. And the package from the seller arrived,

Package was empty. (I enclosed a link below,
you could do a x-ray check on airport, if you can't believe this.)
after i got the package, i can be sure that Andrew Ferrigno (think it isn't even real name) is a fraudulent criminal.
he send me the empty package with name that i don't know.
what should i do with this problem?
