I’ve sold an item but when the buyer received it they said it was damaged and wanted the cost of the repair kit refunded so they can fix it - I said I would agree to refund the postage as that will already put me at a loss but they are not happy with this - can they open a dispute for the repair cost ? Or is it a claim for the whole order ?
