I have tried two times, now a third to get a resolution to my issue. An unauthorized charge was made on my debit card through paypal. I contacted paypal immediately and they said they could not help. I emailed them again and they stated they could not help me. SO today I get a package of controller handles from a Chinese company and it states it is for $300 plus dollars purchased on paypal. I have tried to get in touch with pay pal and no one answers the phone. and it says messenger is not available. How do I speak to a person and get my money refunded and this taken off my debit card. Pay pal sucks!!!
