I bought 5 items with an online seller and paid via paypal. I only ever received 1 item and could not get the seller to respond to my emails. I lodged a dispute with paypal, who did not resolve in my favour because the seller sent them a valid tracking no. How do I get paypal to accept that only 1 item was received. I’m still out of pocket. I can’t find any way of communicating with paypal. Any ideas or have I just lost my money?
