I was denied a dispute. I didn't order from this person(Ken Davis) on purpose. I was searching for Hand Sanitizer Stands, my niece picked up my tablet while I was out my room and I seen what she done. I'm seeing the effects of it. After being denied I was requesting this person info so I can get in touch with him Can you help me get this info. Paypal phone contacts are done...

Under your Activity, click the payment you disputed and go to transaction details. You will see there if the seller declared his Customer Service phone number or email address. We have limited Customer Service on the phone during this time. We are almost done realigning our Customer Service that can answer your calls and queries. For the meantime, please maximize our Chat Support on the Contact Us option of any PayPal Page.

I did go to transaction and there's nothing there but this number:Transaction ID: 2RU279S4R171470D

Could you help me find this info? I did do the Chat and NOTHING

Hello @1Jallen , 

 

For you to communicate with the seller, 

Log in to your paypal account.

Go to your transactions. 

Click the transaction tha was accidentally processed.

You will see there the email address of the seller and you can contact them by sensing them email requesting them to issue a refund and tell then what happened.
