I opened a dispute for an incorrect seller, he sold winter clothes I bought but I received 2 summer dresses. I opened the dispute and sent the package via EXPRESS COURIER but paypal has closed my protest without even asking for proof! Now I find myself without money and without clothes !! But how come this incorrect behavior by paypal? it's shameful! I'm a victim of 2 scams from the seller and paypal!

You opened a dispute?
Did you escalate to a claim?
Did paypal find in your favour?
Did paypal tell you to return what you had received?
Did you supply paypal with the tracking number and did that number prove delivery of the item back to the seller?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

You opened a dispute? ------ yes I have opened a dispute
Did you escalate to a claim? ------ I was not given the opportunity to close the dispute before we could proceed
Did paypal find in your favour? ------ NO
Did paypal tell you to return what you had received? ------ NO
Did you supply paypal with the tracking number and did that number prove delivery of the item back to the seller? ------ I was not given the opportunity to close the dispute before we could proceed
At this time paypal has decided on its own initiative to close a just dispute. The seller had to give me 2 winter clothes but sent 2 summer dresses. and closed the dispute by writing to me "This decision was made because if it is an item it is materially the seller 's description, we do not consider it to be significantly not as described.
Sorry for any problems you may have experienced with the transaction (s). "

If you didn't escalate the dispute to a claim then paypal would not have been involved and it would have 'timed out' 20 days post opening.

Paypal DOES NOT GET INVOLVED UNTIL YOU HAVE ESCALATED TO A CLAIM, so if you didn't escalate within 20 days that is your problem and not paypals.
