Hi everyone please can you help. I updated my dispute to claim for overcharge and other reasons and now i was going to use product and bags felt a bit light so I weighed them and 2 of them are less than half the weight of the product ordered. I have taken pics. how do i upload them when already escalated to claim as now want more of a refund. Please help x
Hi ANGIE51, I hope you're doing well! To add additional information about your claim, you can upload files, documents, and additional statements(i.e Microsoft word) via resolution center.
