Dispute

Hi there. When i click on resoulation then on the case ID - i am not given the option to close my dispute. How do I close it if there is no button? As the buyer, I didnt recieve my product but now the seller has given it to me and i want to close the dispute. I habe tried calling in but they keep hanging up on me. Please help. There is no option to click to close the dispute.

Did you try to do it using a computer on a browser? Is the product you received is in good condition, because once you closed you dispute you can no longer re-open it.
