I did not authorize a payment and opened a dispute. It was immediately rejected. Now I haven't received the item i OVERPAYED for apparently, and Paypal doesn't allow me to re-open a case and they say they can't solve it for me. (?!!)
The seller is UNRESPONSIVE, UNREACHABLE and hasn't fullfilled the criteria of sending the Product.
How can Paypal chose not to help one out in such a situation?!
When the other side seems to be a scam ,they have to get involved, non?!
And this not the first time such an event happened with the same canadian company.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
