I opened a dispute with a seller that wouldn't send me my item after more than a week has passed. My dispute shows in "messages from sellers" tab, as opposed to "awaiting seller's response". Am I writing messages to myself? The seller clearly hasn't replied to me, as I can only see my own initial comment in the dispute.

I just got off the phone with PayPal. An advisor told me to wait 10 days for seller's reply but I kinda don't feel like waiting but also I don't want to jeopardize my chances of getting a refund. You sure escalating is the best course of action?
