Dispute not in my favour

PayPal have closed a dispute in the sellers favour. A Hermes driver obviously delivered a parcel of mine to the wrong address, he even told me the following evening that he had delivered nothing to my address the previous evening. I contacted Hermes, Seller and PayPal immediately, explaining this to them.

Now the resolution centre has deemed this in the seller’s favour.

What can I do now ?
