I ordered a ring for my girlfriend 4 months later it didn't come so filed a dispute with PayPal and one. Now 2 weeks later selleressaged with a tracking number and a picture of a ring and an invoice to pay for the ring again but it isn't the ring I ordered. What do I do? I don't want to pay her for a ring that I didn't order and my girlfriend already ordered a new ring from a different person. Do I have to pay her?
