I filed a dispute with a merchant. I had previously contacted the merchant and in my dispute I clearly stated the merchants offer of me returning a $25 item which I would pay $20 shipping was unacceptable and I would not accept the offer. Paypal denied my claim because I didn't give them a tracking number. Obviously no one read the dispute. I tried several times to contact them by phone before the date but their recording said no one was available and hung up. Through the message center I've repeatly asked to be contacted by a supervisor. No contact. What can I do if anything?
