The buyer has sent a dispute claim and I agreed to refund the money after I received the returned item. But my receiving address has changed and I informed that to the buyer by messaging on eBay.But the buyer has already sent the item to the wrong address before I sent the current address.
1.what happened if the item doesn't recieved should I refund the money?
2.because the wrong address in the PayPal can buyer take a action?
