I was just informed that my Dispute was denied and am trying to contact PayPal to appeal but no one is picking up at Customer Service and when I try to send a message it keeps taking me in circles! I have been taken in by a fraudulent merchant and have documented emails but PayPal never contacted me to obtain these and doesn’t even look like they looked at my emails to the merchant nor the merchant’s responses.
