Dispute Closed

I had an email today saying my dispute was closed due to the seller providing a tracking ID, However I have an email from the seller apologising saying they sent the item to the wrong address. What can I do. I still have no item and they have my money.

The best is to try to contact them which can be difficult lately.

Twitter DM worked for me recently.
