Hello. I returned a defective item to the vendor with tracking information and return authorization number yet paypal has denied the refund (resolution center). I cannot get a hold of anyone to properly resolve this issue which is absurd.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
