I bought and paid for an order on a certain website. 48 days after,no tracking number and i didn't receive my order. I opened a dispute and Palpal refunded me.
The seller opened immediately a counter dispute that they bought something from me.After my reply that i didn't sell anything.I asked PayPal to request from the alleged buyer,proof of what he/she bought...........none was provided.
