Hello I need your help because I do not understand what is happening to my account. I had a problem with a buyer and she issued a refund for $150 dollars, the refund has already reflected to my account and the case was solved BUT there was another case which is still under review that is the same as my last transaction with her where she wanted to refund $150 dollars. I checked my transaction list and checked her name and I only had 1 transaction with her which was the $150 dollars (Picture Given Below)
When I checked the "Under Review" section of the new case in Resolution Center this is what it said (Picture Given Below). May someone please explain this to me? Would love to hear your suggestions thank you!

Hi @Bam07
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum.
From your screenshots, it looks like the buyer reported the transaction to PayPal, and to their card issuer. A chargeback isn’t the same as a PayPal claim. The chargeback process is initiated outside of PayPal, between the card issuer and their cardholder.
For more information on the chargeback process, please click here.
Hope this helps,
Rachel
