CLOSE dispute not available

After I go to Resolution Center, I can see my case number. When I click on it to "VIEW" so I can get into the string to close the dispute, "VIEW" does not show up. All that happens is there is a request to give PayPal more info (up load a tracking number). I have reached a solution with the seller and I want to close this thing. This dispute is about to give me a breakdown!

Seems like the case was escalated, to close it now, contact customer service for assistance:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Be sure your issue is resolved first to your satisfaction before closing the case because you cannot re-open it.
