I randomly got banned from PayPal last night. Got an email saying my account was made using fake/stolen info even though I've been using the account since 2012 and updated important info. Tried to email support and was told to use the account overview option which does not exist anymore. Waited 2 hours for a call from support and was told that there was no way to appeal or dispute the ban. Just got off the phone again after requesting to close the account and they're telling me that it can't even be closed. The incompetence of the people running this website is extremely appalling. Can anyone point me to a good alternative since there is literally nothing I can do about this?
