Account is limited - cannot withdraw money. HELP!

Hello, 

My business account was limited on NOVEMBER 7, 2020. 

I have funds in my account that i would like to release. 

I have waited five months as today is APRIL 18, 2021, yet i am still struggling to withdraw my money. 

What can i do? How can i access my funds?

Does anyone know of a Paypal customer service number that works?
