Amazon prime scam

There is this purchase of 13.90 on my account that says amazon prime. I have never in my life had amazon prime. This same thing happened to my mom for the past two months and it comes on the same day each month like a subscription. I tried to dispute but it says that it can’t for charges like that. I don’t know what to do. Please help.

Contact Amazon to have them investigate and issue you refund. It could be some other Amazon Prime monthly service you forgot about or opt in for a trial by accident check you buy something and get to the shipping step where they rope you in and click the wrong thing. It happens. Be sure to cancel any active billing agreement in your PayPal profile:

Go to Account Settings (gear icon) > Payments > Manage Automatic Payments

Select merchant on left, click Cancel on the right.
