No reply from PayPal and Linitations

Anyone having problems removing limitations on their account. It’s been 2 weeks now and I can’t get hold of anyone at PayPal. I’ve provided the 3 types of information they needed but still locked out

I strongly suggest to give our customde service a call so that they can check and review your account and provide you resolution as soon as our customer will resume.
