What is the point?

What the **bleep** is the point of being able to add funds to your paypal account but not be able to you them when you need it?  I transferred money from my bank account to my paypal account so I could pay for my monthly subscription for my game and for credits to purchase items in the game.  The subscription comes out fine automatically each month, but when I go to purchase credits, it doesn't use the money in my PP account, and pulled it from my bank account ( which happened to process on the day before my payday, resulting in NSF )

Soooo, yea, I guess my question is, is there a way to make purchases with the money transferred into my paypal account, and for it to not pull from my bank account?

And just incase someone asks, no, I do not have a credit card.

PS...your interface is really unfriendly, and this is coming from a Data Center Technician...I've read enough complaints about your website in the forums, you should work on fixing "said" problems...also love how you can't cancel a transaction..

I have the same problem! I called their customer service and the guy told me i was needed to change my devise then i did that. I taught it would work for the next transaction so i made the new one and i still have the same problem, then i sent an email to explain everything and ask how or if they can cancel the transactions but the only answer was a no cant cancel anything and no answer why it doesnt take the money from the paypal account. Like you say in your topic it's really hard to find an answer to that problem and i would really want that answer and how to use my funds cause ill need to make other transactions soon and i need that 30$ who's sleeping in my PP account.

So please we need answers and a how-to!
