I cannot check out an order placed on dell using Paypal. They always send me back this error message : "A technical problem occurred and your request cannot be processed. Please try again later". There is a promotion on the item i want to buy (xps 17) but it expires tomorrow. I really need to buy this computer. Please send me feedback as soon as you see this message.
Try clearing your Browser cookies. This is done through the internet settings in your browser! This should help! If not.. you will have to contact PayPal...... and good luck with that!
