I bought a Dell XPS laptop on the 26, on the 28, there was a new standart for the laptop i bought. It now comes with the best graphic card, big screen and 9 cell battery.
I received my "comfirmation" friday, approx 9pm.
It is now "in production" (well... no production on weekend anyway)
I tryed calling, but they say they are closed. I emailed them, but no awnser until monday morning. I want them to change the laptop for the better version cause its the same exact price (1099$ + tx) Or refund and ill buy it again
I readed the FAQ and they say they will not accept cancellation if its in production.
I saw that my payment with paypal is still "pending". So can i force the hold on it until i have the anwser from dell ? If they don't want to refund it ill just block the payment.. They should'nt start production if they don't have my money.
What do you think about that?
