I sent a buddy 20.17USD today, effectively emptying my Paypal account to the penny (my cleared balance was exactly $20.17). Despite having sufficient funds in my account, it defaulted to eCheck (6-8 business days). I have no means of cancelling this? I had no intention of allowing Paypal to take more money out of my bank account at this time, and having it coincide with the first of the month (rent week) is extra aggravating.
How do I cancel a pending order? He can't even cancel it on his end. This is annoying.
