Hi, I ordered something on the web ASOS on the Mar 13, 2012, then realised I chose the incorrect delivery method so cancelled it and re-ordered. The second payment has debited my account. But the first is ear marked on my account.
When will the 1st payment be cancelled on paypal. It is currently showing as pending.
It is possible to look into releasing the funds on my account?
