I have the same problem! I called their customer service and the guy told me i was needed to change my devise then i did that. I taught it would work for the next transaction so i made the new one and i still have the same problem, then i sent an email to explain everything and ask how or if they can cancel the transactions but the only answer was a no cant cancel anything and no answer why it doesnt take the money from the paypal account. Like you say in your topic it's really hard to find an answer to that problem and i would really want that answer and how to use my funds cause ill need to make other transactions soon and i need that 30$ who's sleeping in my PP account. So please we need answers and a how-to!
