Hi, can someone tell me if there is a time limit from payment date to when you can register a resolution because of not receiving the item paid for? Thanks in advance

You have up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute, however you can't escalate to a 'claim' until at least 7 days post-payment.
Advice is voluntary.
