I have account issue,

Currently my account is limited so I cant send money to anyone. I submitted verification documents 3 days ago and its not yet activated.

I am waiting from 7 days to send a payment, there's no notification or anything about my status of verification.

They asked additional documents for verification and I submitted them asap. How long does it take to verify?

Could be weeks or months, you could always ring for an update although they may not give you one.

I called their Customer Service, they are asking me to wait another 72 hours great. Utterly disappointed.
