It wont let me buy with PayPal? Please need help!

Hello guys, my issue is that i had a paypal account with my debit card and i closed the accout , after a few days i had to register again and i tried to pay for a pair of headphones.
Everytime im on checkout it says :
"Before you can add this credit card to another account, you must contact the PayPal Credit Card Team at cardproblems @ paypal.com. "

Anybody help?

As this is a community forum I can only provide you with general information. I would advise that you contact us by phone via our contact us link so they can provide you with a specific response. 

In my experience, you can receive this error message if your card has been added to more than three PayPal accounts. If this is the case it may be that your card has been disabled from the PayPal system and can not be used on PayPal. I would advise that you contact us to have this confirmed.
