Hello guys, my issue is that i had a paypal account with my debit card and i closed the accout , after a few days i had to register again and i tried to pay for a pair of headphones. Everytime im on checkout it says : "Before you can add this credit card to another account, you must contact the PayPal Credit Card Team at cardproblems @ paypal.com. " Anybody help?
