Shipping International Flat Rate Envelope

When shipping, I choose "Priority international". Then choose "Flat rate padded envelope". There is no field asking for a weight. When I fill out the customs form I put in the package weight. When I try to print the label, I get an error telling me that the weight of the package does not match the weight listed on the customs form. This has been happening for several weeks. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a work-around? Thanks.
