I do approximately 200k/yr in sales and sell around 3000 items per year. I custom hand make items and this takes time. I rarely get a case opened that cannot be resolved quickly and rarely is a case closed in a buyers favor and cases usually result from customers who DO NOT READ MY SHIPPING TIMES ON MY WEBSITE which is in BIG, RED, BOLD LETTERS. I may have 8-10 cases opened in a year in 1000+ transactions. Yet this doesn't seem to be good enough for Paypal and the "funds now" protection I once enjoyed just one day disappeared after a case was opened by a buyer in Sweden, over 10,000 miles away who "hadn't received their item" less than 2 weeks after I shipped it which was the following business day after they paid the invoice to cover the International shipping cost. What in the actual **bleep**? I'm really starting to lose my cool with Paypal and will consider taking my payment processing business elsewhere if this continues because my level of customer satisfaction isn't good enough for PayPal I have no idea who's possibly could be.
