Hello!
In 24 of April 2021 -B. Urban buy from me item Vintage Sterling Silver Cigarette Case 1924 Antique 175 gr - 331765455593 (item ID), order number - 22-06956-83315, transaction ID - 1877667634014. I get the money from him and send the item to him - to USA.
After he opened the case, that he didn’t get the item. So I sent him a Post check with all the information, where was the tracking number - 283512527 and his information and the date when I sent the item to him. By this tracking number I saw that the item is in and I text, that should call to USA post office and get information, why his package is missing. But He didn’t.
On 30 of June refunded him money back.
But, on 12 of July he got a pack with the item. And he texted me about it (in the attached file you can see his messages print screen, where he told, the he got the item and everything is OK) .
So, he get his money back, and get an item. So I want my money back, because we have a deal, he get his item, but I don't get money, it's not fair.

Send him a money request? Sadly you can't force him to pay.
Shouldn't take 3 months to receive an item though, did you send it surface and not airmail?
With an item not received dispute you have to prove delivery before the dispute closes.
Advice is voluntary.
